To qualify for a return at Home2Go.store, please ensure the following:

  • Condition: The egg chairs must be in their original condition.
  • Packing Slip: Returns should include the original packing slip.
  • Timeline: Returns must be postmarked within 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • Discounts: If a discount code was used during purchase, the refund or store credit will reflect the discounted amount paid on the original order.

Refund Policy

Upon receiving your returned egg chair, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 4-7 business days.
